REMEMBER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOME TEAM CAPTAIN TO NOTIFY THE RESULT OF A MATCH BY 9.00 am ON THE MONDAY AFTER THE MATCH IS PLAYED, EVEN IF THE GAME IS ABANDONED OR CANCELLED.
BOTH THE HOME & AWAY TEAM CAPTAINS MUST ENSURE THAT THE OFFICIAL (PAPER) FORMS ARE POSTED OR FAXED TO THE ADDRESS DETAILED ON THE FORM TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN THE THURSDAY AFTER THE MATCH IS PLAYED.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN A FIVE POINT PENALTY.
